Partial Retirement
Maintain current status of partial retirement at age 61 but after the entry into force of the reform as both relieved reliever pay 100% of Social Security contributions, this rise in price over the current situation will take place gradually over a period of 15 years.
Special retirement at age 64
The current retirement age of 64 disappears when implementing the new standard.
Calculation Period
This item is one of the highlights of this pension reform since the period of calculation of the base pension from 15 to 25 years. The lift is carried out progressively at a rate of one year from 2013 to 2022 (see Table 4) or workers who retire from the period 2022 to calculate these amendment will consider it very important for the self employed because this group is the one to choose which base you want to quote for the recovery of their future pension. As from now, if a self wants to charge more for retirement will increase its share of self for the past 25 years and the last 15 as before. Scale calculation to earn 100% of the base
