The first thing to do and following the example of birthday cakes, is trying to start with the minimum resources, visualize the way in which we can realize that desire without that money is the main reason to prevent it.
We can start in our house, using our own tools and equipment, we can use our network of friends to promote the business, we can find ways to be spending the least known, remember the best advertising comes from word of mouth.

Before starting a business innovator is necessary to ensure that there is a demand for the product or service.
It should also be aware of innovations and new trends in consumption that occur in the domestic and international markets to anticipate new business opportunities.
Moreover, the survival of a company always depends on its continuous adaptation to changing customer needs.
To mount an innovative business should not be based on a fashion, because fashion is all temporary. To find out if there is a current trend is to investigate if backed by a social movement.
Innovative businesses have some degree of uncertainty on the acceptance and do not usually go to a mass audience. So should have the flexibility to adapt investment demand of the moment.
Reaching the market first is very important and at risk. If the business idea crystallizes in the market innovator will be a reference for customers and suppliers.
* Some steps to take to establish a business (project) are innovative:
- Establish a vision (concept image) is desired.
- Learn, acquire knowledge, skills, concepts, objects or processes of our environment (people, markets …) and adapt them to our idea.
- Identify the most effective and valuable (higher value) to apply to our project. Combine and adapt these elements to achieve our goal.
