What is teamwork
In itself the word “team” implies the inclusion of more than one person, which means that this objective can not be achieved without the help of all its members, without exception. It’s like a football game, all team members must collaborate and be on the same page to win. The player should not play alone, must take into account the fact that it is part of a team. We tend to think that teamwork only includes a meeting of a group of people, however, means much more than that.
Teamwork means commitment, not only the strategy and procedure that the company carries out to achieve common goals. Solidarity
Each member must understand what is being part of a team and each step of the process to follow the stages of the consolidation of the group.
Each member must work effectively when you need to link up with their peers. This requires that everyone feels part of the team, and that each of these parts is just as important and essential. Problem solving, setting objectives, the process of growth and the achievement of the objectives must be carried out as a team and everyone should understand that it is the only way to go. The same members should define the rules of conduct, ways of resolving conflict, decision making and the relationship with the authorities outside the group.
Communication
Each member must feel that their job is their priority. They must find a method to weigh the performance you’re having.
The organization must commit to providing information about business regularly. The team must understand and feel the reason for their existence as a team.
Each of the members should interact in an open and honest with their peers. Conflict is a necessary and inevitable if members take a sincere attitude. Necessary for the emergence of different ideas and perspectives and creative search for solutions.
Creative innovation
It should be clear whether the organization is really interested in change. Do they value creative thinking, innovative solutions, new ideas? If you only reward the people who complied with the rules and fit in the schedule set, it will be a completely different direction which may need. If not, if they hope to find new work processes, it is necessary to provide training and tools necessary to stimulate creative thinking.
